What’s Covered?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship
Loose stones due to setting issues
Broken or worn prongs
Clasp or chain malfunction (for Elora necklaces and bracelets)
If you encounter any of these issues, we’ll gladly repair or replace the item at no charge.
What’s Not Covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss
- Theft, loss of gemstones, or improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or resizing done by third-party jewelers

- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to our repair center. We will cover the return shipping.
