That’s why we offer a Free Lifetime Warranty on all Elora Jewels purchases made through our official online store in the UAE and USA.

What’s Covered?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship

  • Loose stones due to setting issues

  • Broken or worn prongs

  • Clasp or chain malfunction (for Elora necklaces and bracelets)

If you encounter any of these issues, we’ll gladly repair or replace the item at no charge.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss
  • Theft, loss of gemstones, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or resizing done by third-party jewelers

  • The warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Elora Jewels’ official website.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to our repair center. We will cover the return shipping.
  • Repairs or services that fall outside of warranty coverage may still be offered at a reasonable service fee.
