Return & Refund Policy
At Elora Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The item is in its original, unworn condition
- All tags, certificates, packaging, and accessories are intact
- The item shows no signs of damage, resizing, or alterations
Please note: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at elorajewelsstore@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
- UAE & USA Customers: Return shipping is free for eligible items. We will provide a prepaid return label.
- International Customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Elora Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
5. Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange for a different size or item, please mention it in your return request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or repair at no extra cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-designed or engraved pieces
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during final sale promotions (unless defective)
