We currently ship to:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Nationwide delivery
- United States of America (USA) – All 50 states

2. Shipping Charges
- UAE Orders: Free standard shipping on all orders
- USA Orders: Free standard shipping on orders above $1000; flat rate for orders below
- International Orders: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location and order value
3. Delivery Timelines
- UAE: 5–7 working days
- USA: 7–10 working days
- International: 10–15 working days (depending on location)
Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. This will be clearly communicated at checkout or via email.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking information.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- UAE Orders: All duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.
- International Orders: Depending on the destination, import duties and taxes may be applicable. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
